Located conveniently in Amherst, right off of Sheridan Drive. When you come to visit, please park in front of the 315 Alberta building. Once you walk through the front door, you will see Hope and Healing listed on the wall, and please take the first door on the left past the sign. This is the waiting room, where I will come out to greet you. Restrooms are located conveniently down the hall and to the right or left.

Individual Therapy
Hour sessions to process struggles, build skills, or work on whatever will be most helpful. I use DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness as my key interventions, but also include others when appropriate.

Group Therapy
Group therapy is a hour long therapy session for individuals to come together to learn new information, process together, and build community around mental health awareness.

Meditation
45 minute sessions focused on learning more about mindfulness and meditation then practice customized meditation scripts towards greater mindfulness, that has benefits to other areas of life such as yoga.

Yoga
60 minute classes focused on breathwork, meditation, and movement towards moments of mindfulness and wellness.
